Javier serves as the Director of Christian Education, shaping children’s and youth ministries that reflect St. Paul's Episcopal Church’s commitment to generous community, enduring worship, and gracious welcome. He brings over two decades of professional experience in education, having served as a K–8 teacher, instructional coach, and district administrator responsible for curriculum development and instructional leadership. Javier develops and leads programs that support spiritual growth for young people, from Godly Play and children’s formation to seasonal learning opportunities. His ministry is grounded in the belief that Christian education should empower young people to explore their relationship with God in a safe, affirming, and spiritually rich environment.​
