Dress A Girl
Our “Dress a Girl” events happen a few times a year.  We gather together in the parish hall to sew dresses out of pillowcases for needy girls in Haiti.  We need volunteers who know how to sew or who can use a pair of scissors, an iron, or match ribbon to fabric (in other words, everyone is welcome!).  We will soon be expanding to make shorts for the boys.  Read more about the program here.

 

How to get involved: Contact Alison Black to help organize the events. Donate pillowcases, washable ribbon, rickrack, bias tape, thread, fabric scissors, or fabric.  Drop off donations in the new (east) entry to the church.
