Committees are formed within St. Paul's to assist in carrying out our mission to know God and allow us to reveal God to others.  Committees are normally chaired by members of the vestry and consist of parish members.

The Vestry are the elected leaders of the parish, responsible for determining the policies, mission, and budget of the congregation and for communicating with the congregation about the goals, concerns, and functioning of the church. The 12 members of the Vestry are elected to three-year terms, staggered so that four new members are elected at each Annual Parish Meeting. The vestry meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7 PM.  Minutes of the vestry meetings are posted in the fellowship hall or via email from the parish administrator.  Copies are available upon request.

What will I be doing? Each of the parish committees is described below.

Is any special training required? No, but each committee requires particular gifts and graces.

How much time will it take? The time varies from committee to committee. Most will have a monthly meeting and, in addition, time devoted to special projects or meetings pertaining to the committee's unique mission.

I'm interested! If you would like to be considered for service on one of the parish committees, please mark your interest on the Time & Talent sheet when you return it. For more information on any of the committees, please contact the Senior Warden or contact the committee chairs directly.
